I cleaned up the placeholders, matched it to what we know about Mulligan's, removed the leftover Shopify editorial notes, and flagged inline where you need to drop in real info. Before the template, the short list of what you can provide to make it fully acceptable. These are the blanks that need real values:
The privacy policy URL. Shopify auto-generated one (the screenshot showed Privacy policy as Automated), so grab that live link and drop it where marked.
The governing law location. Confirm it is Kansas, since the business is in Westwood, KS. I have put Kansas in as the likely answer, just confirm.
The contact email. The template and your screenshots show mulliganscountryclub@gmail.com. Confirm that is the one they want public, or swap to fore@ if they prefer.
The legal business name. It says Mulligan's Country Club throughout. If they operate under an LLC or a registered entity name, that is worth using in the opening and governing-law sections. If they are just a DBA, the current name is fine.
None of those block you from pasting this in now. You can publish with the Shopify privacy link and the gmail, and refine later.
One honest reminder before the text. I tidied the language and made it coherent and specific, but I am not a lawyer and this is still a template. It is a reasonable, standard terms of service for a small store, good enough to publish and to satisfy Merchant Center.
